I had an upgrade from 1Gbit to 5Gbit scheduled in Hillsboro last week Friday. The tech arrived in his window, did some light checks on the fiber, installed the new ONT in the location I wanted, and the connection has been going strong ever since.

I know things sometimes go sideways for some folks, but when they’re good, they’re awesome.
