It’s a good concept in terms of having a social safety net and meeting basic needs. But if we keep everything else the same and just start giving everyone $5000 checks, then the rent and essentials will just magically go up in price to where it’s basically the same as it was before.

And what the heck are people going to do in space? How will they even get their Amazon packages?

The goal of Christianity is to convince Indo-Europeans that they have a divine right to use the entire world and universe as their frontier for the endless pursuit of personal sovereignty. It’s a scam to convince a large portion of the population that they’re in on being a “chosen one” so they’ll coerce themselves into expanding the tax base of whatever the major empire of the time is.

Because most people aren’t using the files as stored in the download folder. They’re renaming it, moving it to another folder, and deleting all the extra files. So you’d have to store it twice basically.

But if it’s a public instance and they’re just scraping the public website content they haven’t agreed to the terms of use and it probably doesn’t have any teeth? Besides it’s meta so what would one do anyway? Their lawyers will just drain your finances on court fees and continuances.

I don’t see the value in nginx. I just want a web server that does one thing and has easy config. It’s called LAMP for a reason not LNMP.

Any programming language other than Java or Dotnet. Apache web server over Microsoft IIS.
