Hey everyone. Just wanted to ask if there is a legit v sim or second number service. I need an american phone number for business purposes but every mobile app or site that claims to offer this service doesn’t work for me or is a straight up scam. Is there a realible service for a reasonable price that sells or atleast lets you rent v sims or second numbers?

Yeah. If you want an actual sim with a data plan Airalo works, but that’s probably going to be expensive and a waste of money. If you just want a number that you can forward to your current number or use a sip client with, look into voip.ms.

It’s probably outdated, but I uses to do this with skype in 2008. I had a US phone number that was “normal” in any way, except that calling it resulted in my skype ringing.

I used skype for this. I sometimes use an American number for work. It’s a small monthly fee and works well. I use it on the computer but I gather it works on the phone too.

I used AirHub app recently traveling from the US to Europe, and it worked great. I’m not sure about long term use, probably expensive then, but for a couple of weeks it was brilliant.
