The cops are there now and being homeless ain’t exactly something that cops look kindly on. I can understand why they wouldn’t want to speak to cops; they might end up being the ones arrested or worse.
If people are out shooting in public, witnesses should want to come forward to talk to the cops. Kinda weird.
