Not us, that’s for sure. Our wages haven’t gone up for 30 years, but our currency lost value and we have consumption taxes we didn’t have back then. Life’s slowly been getting worse. Job security down the drain, with more and more people on freelance contracts, and the government wondering why we won’t start families.

Also sucks for those of us who want to go overseas or, worse, are paying bills and such overseas. Imports of all kinds will also cost more. This could be bad especially for those buying oil/electric for heating in the colder, and typically poorer, areas.

Yeah, rising prices are pretty bad, too, way worse than the inflation rate. Food has gotten more expensive, and electricity, and with the weather getting every crazier, you have to run your AC all the time.
