Two businesses can trademark the same name if they are operating in different industries. Or, the name could have spaces or punctuation that renders the same as a TLD.

Go Ogle Photographic & Paparazzi Inc. could have a reasonable claim to the same .google TLD. The registration fee is chump change for Google/Alphabet to make sure this can’t happen.

The first stills camera that digitally signs its photos is here. Leica is part of a tech consortium developing this as a standard and other major photography brands are also members, so hopefully this catches on and becomes standard, and expands to video.

If you don’t want to compare the PWA vs Android app versions of Voyager, what are we even doing here?
