Got it. If you have information points upstream for these types of situations that the Admin team already actions, then there’s no point building on top of it to extend stale un-actioned moderator reports to larger teams. Considering the admin team is large here, it may not make sense to spend the cycles to enhance it further.
Excellent news! It’s good to hear you’ve designed a workaround to help for outstanding stale reports. Keeping up with moderation is tough.
One thing is unclear to me (and perhaps because I’m still bleary-eyed from sleep), but do these stale open moderator reports go to the assigned Community Mods only? If they persist without action for some time, would they be extended to other mods or admins?

If you buy from Eneba, G2A, Kinguin, etc. you may be fine. However, there’s risk that you may not be fine and have a key that was purchased via a scam or stolen credit card. Then that game which is linked to you can be deactivated from your Steam account, possible Steam account ban, etc. Don’t buy from them because you just don’t know where that key may have come from.
I love using CRT shaders on a game by game basis. As others commented, if it’s more detailed artwork, I’ll flip it on. Other times I don’t like how it looks with some classic games.
The only mod I do want is a way to replicate, on a modern monitor, the feeling of turning it off and putting your arm against the screen to get that sweet sweet static discharge that only CRTs could give you.

I’m playing Beyond Good & Evil on GameCube for the first time, and this game is an absolute gem. Makes me miss how great Ubisoft used to be. They started turning into hostile trash somewhere around ten years ago.
Loose and lose bother me. When I see these words used incorrectly, I become mildly irritated.
I figuratively would of had fewer of a reaction if less persons made that missed steak… literally.

There’s the official Jellyfin app for Apple TV. It works very well with only minor UI bugs when browsing libraries. Nothing that detracts from or reduces the quality of the service.

Indeed. Unfortunate characteristic of the Internet Archive in the age where almost everything is instantaneous. It’s a treasure we must protect to preserve the accessibility of our history.
I can get lost in there for so long. A recent rabbit hole I’ve gotten lost in is looking at old commercials that were recorded on Beta and VHS and uploaded. I also love old restored footage (~100+ years ago) that gets uploaded. It’s amazing to just watch this history, try to put yourself into the context of the time period, and vicariously experience these human beings that are either so old or long dead.
Preserve what you can, folks. Protect our history.

A lot of movies already mentioned, so I’ll add two movies which I feel are essential to watch:
My spouse and I are gamers. It’s fun to introduce them to a game and watch them experience it for the first time. Every now and then they don’t like a game I’ve introduced, and other times they end falling in love with the game. Right now my spouse is introducing me to Hades, and they’re watching my experiences with it: it’s a good game so far, but they rave about it so I wanted to know what it’s like. We get to hang out while they watch me play, and it’s quality time together. Who knows, maybe this will be a favorite game of mine too?
I don’t watch strangers online play games, but let’s pretend there’s a content creator who I enjoy watching, is close to my age, and I enjoy their personality. How cool would it be to watch that person play some of my favorite games: nostalgic games, ones that inspired me, introduced me to new concepts, broke me, etc. If I aligned with that content creator, I’d love to hear what they think - what they liked and didn’t like about the game, how they felt with the thought-provoking moments, etc.
With that said, some persons like to watch others play games for these reasons and more.
Thank you for sharing your story and experiences. I’m glad you were able to persevere, accept help at your lowest point, and that things are better for you now.
Hopefully your dad is able to get things in order for himself, but it is fruitless if he isn’t willing to change his mindset. My friend’s parent is in a similar situation and it sucks.

This grosses me out so much. Some men claim they don’t want to get germs on their penis, and that’s their justification. Just walk straight from the urinal snd leave, or they laughably just splash some water on their hands and leave calling it a day. So fucking gross.
I’d love to tell those men just how many droplets of urine bounce from the urinal and directly onto the front of their pants, lower shirt, on their arms, and all over their hands and penis. That shit ain’t clean, and you’re putting urine droplets on your face, eyes, and mouth less than 30 minutes later.

I drive a hot hatch and purchased aftermarket jacking rails for it. The rails are two long pieces of steel that I bolted underneath the car to distribute weight. I can jack the car up from anywhere along those rails.
Alternatively there are also jack pads you can buy for pinch welds. It’s just a block that you set on top of your jack. As you raise it to the point of the pinch welds, the jack pads surrounds it and helps distribute weight and support the car better.
