Forgot this one! Using bitwarden is indeed so much easier and also more secure than tracking password. Truly makes my life easier

Walking/biking is really the best for this, I feel like i live in a city with a community instead of living in disconnected “places”.
Montreal
A lot of things could go there i guess haha, here’s some things I’m thinking of at this moment:
Interesting, i might give it a try when i finish setting up my new servers, havent been satisfied with other picture solutions, usually feels like they’re doing too much haha. I just want simple and fast, so this might be it.
So at least they are saying owncloud and ocis will still be maintained and keep their apache licenses… Still, acquisition of open source software is always a bit scary.
Music. Probably singing and acoustic guitar. I really like singing, even if I’m really bad at it, and I like getting lost in music. Yes I can listen to some music, but I feel like doing it yourself gives it something more. Someday I’ll get classes haha, I need more hours in my day
I’ve watched them so much, that when I started to learn english I just started to watch that movie in english, since i knew by hart half of what they were saying
That’s such a cool idea! I don’t have kids but if I someday do I’ll probably steel your idea. I feel like the digital era makes it “to much” for kids, and having a limited, physical library was a better experience overall.
And aside from that, house prices going up also means rent going up. Rent going up means more people in the streets. It’s just bad for everyone who is not already an owner
I dont want to own because of equity, there is a lot of other reasons why owning is important for me. For example there is a lot of things I would like to do in my apt that I cannot as a renter: passing cables in the walls, moving a wall, adding some electric plugs etc. I also have less stability, even if I have some protections tbe owner could always decide to do some big renovations and kick me out.
Renting is okay, but there is big drawbacks and I should be able to own if I want to.
Well, what issue do you have? You have a docker-compose snippet that you can add with portainer, from there what is not working?
I’m not a big expert so I’m probably just ignorant, but why do you want to remove the IR filters? Also I was planning on using esp32 but inside only, and keep them naked. Does it overheat in this condition?
The most OSS solution out there would probably bee to use an ESP32-CAM with esphome(https://esphome.io/components/esp32_camera.html) and Home Assistant. I think you could even add a motion sensor to that as well. But it would require more work and some electronic knowledge to set up an esp32.
+1 for actual. I’ve been using it for the past 2 months and so far I love it. It’s not the most complex tool so it’s easy to manage. If you can export your operations to CSV or one of the main proprietary softwares, actual can import that and it works pretty well.
For more complex things like making forecasts I just excel on the side and it’s enough.
Personally I am conflicted. On one side gitea switching to a for-profit is worrying, even if they didnt do anything wrong yet. I like codeberg (non-profit behind Forgejo), but I also want to support devs actually working on the product. So I think for now I’ll stay with gitea, but I won’t hesitate to migrate to Forgejo if they start to act stupid
Yes for me sleep is the big one. I really struggle sleeping when it’s too hot
