As a liberal gun owner, I can’t agree more. I hate that I have to own a gun to feel safe. I have been within 1 mile of no less than 5 mass shootings, and in 2 scenarios where I had to put my hands on my gun ready to use in the last 5 years. My wife was 100 yards from the shooter at the Texas State Fair shooting last year.
I own guns to protect my family. I also own them in case civil war breaks out and all my right-wing, crazy neighbors lose their shit.
Never underestimate dem/liberal gun ownership. We are just quiet about it and don’t make it our entire personality.

My dogs are probably the best at it. Then weed does a great job dealing with my migraines, so that also helps with anxiety. Music helps on occasion.

Yeah those worked way better than the fm transmitters. Only problem was my car introduced a humming sound into the signal that got worse with speed lol.
It’s not the radio that didn’t work. These were fm transmitter/receivers you used to play mp3 players/cd players back in the day when vehicles didn’t use aux cables. It sent the signal over short range fm signal to your radio.
The alternative was the cassette adapter, but some vehicles had swapped to cd
FM radio receivers for the car.
Never could find a radio station that would work. When you did, it only worked for about 1/4 mile down the road and then had to find another station.
Get you some plastic restore to take that yellow out.

It’s simply the fact that we don’t have the laws in place to prevent it. A lot of our constitution was built on good faith politics. That no one would be stupid/lucky enough to get to these echelons on government. The modern day Rs know this and exploit it, and the Ds still play by the good faith playbook, and here we are.
