For folks with ADHD, like myself, slow talking video essays are a special kind of hell.
Glitchy things and video games. What even is anything anymore?

Pierce, stop trying to coin the phrase, “Streets ahead”.
Community is streets ahead.
From the archlinux.org news post on the issue.
Arch does not directly link openssh to liblzma, and thus this attack vector is not possible.
I like glitchy stuff, and I had friends who added “-ington” to everything for laughs.

I’ve always read it as a mix of “Federated Reddit” and “Fed up with Reddit”.
Just saw the article about early access premium players having the game auto-complete on first login. DRM should be the last thing on their minds.
Basically, except it’s indexed and searchable. Somewhere in those books, exists the phrase, “dharma curious updooted glitchington on lemmy” probably many times. But also “dharma curious hated glitchingtons post on lemmy” will also be there somewhere.
One of the most informative channels I’ve ever watched. I recommend his dishwasher video, because everybody is doing it wrong.
Yeah, the US is very limited in ISP options. In my area there is one massive provider, and two or three small providers. The massive provider does up to 1Gb but it’s cable and speeds fluctuate. The other providers can manage 250Mb and that’s it. Also, upload on ALL plans available in my area caps out at 20Mb/s. It’s a joke and the city won’t let any fiber companies in because of an exclusivity contract with the big cable provider. It’s baaaaaad
When working at a print shop, we checked for copyright coverage all the time, and even refused orders over it. Watermarking the corner of your images is a good start. You can also make sure your web images are low resolution to prevent reprinting. 300ppi (pixels per inch) at scale is required for printing. Though the real kicker is, YOU are responsible for protecting your copyright, and you probably should have hired a lawyer.
I feel like the pacing helps amplify the tense moments. Almost like the calm Irene brings becomes the norm, until the diner where we see that flash of what Driver is hiding behind his quiet demeanor.
Drive, it’s a movie where the cinematography told more of a story than the dialogue between the characters. The dialogue does matter, sure, but we’re shown the story as opposed to being told the story.
If you need proof, the first scene is one of the best vehicle chases ever. Plus, the elevator scene gives me chills every time.
If you can find Memories, it’s a pretty good anthology movie. Though I liked the first part the most. I also enjoyed Redline a ton. It’s like the old Hanna Barbera Wacky Races meets The Animatrix short with the Olympic runner.
No you’re acting like we can’t use this as a data point when it’s the data we have. It may not align apples to apples, but we have a recognizable trend that aligns with/exceeds predictions. I don’t see the point in doubting the data we have.
Ah yes, approximation is not a record therefore we cannot consider it a factor at all, regardless of it being our best estimate given our current data. You’re right, let’s throw it all out and opt for ignorance. 🙄
Ah yes, I forgot folks with ADHD are also insane. /s
