It might not work so flawlessly on the 2nd, 3rd, or 100th time though. I use ChatGPT semi-frequently for coding, while it generally does a surprisingly good job, I often find things it overlooks, and need to keep prompting it for further refinements, or just fix it myself.

I don’t think I ever use it for anything else. So yes, I do use it to bring up the start menu, but generally only to specifically bring up a command prompt window - all of my other commonly used programs are pinned to the taskbar so I can fire them up with a single click.

Hard disagree on Tool, their sound has definitely evolved over the years but I think that Fear Inoculum is a damn masterpiece. I totally get it though if the more prog rock/experimental style isn’t your thing.
They were definitely pretty much universally hated by anybody past puberty when they came out. Some of that has mellowed over the past 20 years (rose-tinted glasses & all), but the backlash against them was massive. I think it’s fair to say that there is a pretty hard line in how popular the prequels are based on how old the person was when they first came out (obviously, there are always exceptions).
That being said, they all at least do have some really cool individual moments in them.
That’s making a pretty big assumption that in-person jobs are going to pay better.
