Probabky the last night i spent at my father’s.

I had an ear infection that weekend. Ended up having a nose bleed. Apparently i got blood on his GFs babies crib.

I got beat with a hair brush by his gf. He did nothing about all.

Eldest brother screamed bloody murder to get my mom to come pick up me and my 3 brothers while bro had us wait at the bottom of the stairs. Must have been winter because it was dark and i remember wearing a heavy jacket

I watched more than a couple movies i knew would be bad because Peter Cullen was doing some voice work in them

Im conflicted. I want to watch the usual suspects again for the first time but with Kevin Spacey being too much of that movie I dont know if i would even if i could. And that makes me sad because it had one of the best moments in cinema…and that has been completely tainted by a shit person

I watched serenity before i watched firefly. Wish i could watch both again in the other order.

BUT i think i had an interesting relationship with the river character that many other fans dont have because i got to view every river moment knowing where her story ends up.

On a different tangent, i wish we could get a Book of Booke or The Good Booke show/novel/film

Sport is a spectacle. At the highest levels of any given sport(usually)

Women, if they cannot compete with men, will simply not exist in the highest levels of that sport.

If women cannot be part of the highest levels of that sport, the sport cant make enough money to create leagues that can convince enough women to put significant amount of systems in place to train and produce the best women capable of playing that sport.

Until we stop caring about only letting/finding/supporting/producing the best of the best, its an incredibly bad idea to ignore the many sport specific disadvantage biology plays in competition

I disagree in that people mean different things when they say “i could care less” and “i couldnt care less”

“I couldnt care less” is pretty self contained and unambiguous when i hear people use it but “i could care less” not so much.

My experience being my own, i could very well be mistaken though.

So i think “its raining cats and dogs” is not a fair comparison. Perhaps its simply too soon and it will become as settled in the future…when enough people just give up on using it. Will wait and see
