That the true believers aren’t afraid of death. The believers that are scared at the concept of dying aren’t actually believers at all.

Just because a movie has a jump scare it isn’t necessarily a scary movie. There’s a difference between some existential dread and ‘boo’.
I’d argue that the accident is a startle response with body horror mixed in.
Some people are scared of death. Doesn’t matter the cause. That’s what I’m talking about. It’s 100% different than a fatal car accident.

A fatal car accident is different. Could be a shock scare or just not wanting to be injured.

Ok. If you’re mtf, the hormonal treatment will stop a lot of the masculinisation of the face. If the person 'changes their mind ’ they can stop the hormonal treatment and the masculine hormones will do the work on their face. No real harm done. Just a delay.
Similar things with a ftm person.
It’s also important to note that a lot of the ‘masculine’ and ‘feminine’ traits aren’t really as clearcut as we generally think. BUT the treatment helps these people with their mental health and when we’re dealing with a population with crazy high suicide rates, these hormonal treatments are literally lifesaving

In Canada, you can start transitioning as a teenager, but that’s almost 100% hormonal treatments which aren’t permanent.
There’s therapy involved. There’s physicians involved.
More people regret knee replacement than gender affirming surgery.
In Canada, kids aren’t going through irreversible surgery. It just doesn’t happen. It’s a years long process, so toddlers would never even be considered because it takes years. The toddler wouldn’t be a toddler by the time surgery was scheduled.

If you read, the standards of care for trans people, you’ll see that the medical establishment doesn’t agree with irreversible surgery before adulthood. I’m not saying that it doesn’t happen in other countries, but it goes against the international standard.

If you want some references I can help, but I encourage you to look for some of the primary sources.

There’s a ridiculous amount of misinformation out there regarding this topic. It can be really hard to see through that.
