i like to use “skill issue” from time to time
i like to use “skill issue” from time to time
the list also has morrowind and skyrim
i have 7 bulbs since 2019
none of them failed so far.
all the lifespans i found ranged between 15.000 to 25.000 hours ( which btw was equated to 1.000 hours per year instead of 5.000 per year)
so this doesn’t sound normal to me.
how manny(in use) bulbs do you have?
what brands do you use?
yes and no.
I work as an it support in a small software company, so i do lots of stuff:
data integration / migration, fixes in our legacy products & websites, and of course fixing printers.
thats way to complicated explain in detail,
but just saying IT support doesn’t do it justice (people just think im the guy that tells people to “turn it of and on again” if i leave it at that)
Instead of telling people directly what i do,
i just tell them i work in IT, this is what my company does, and i work on these products.
its just missing dns entrys.
if you configure anything other than your providers default dns server you don’t notice it.
i updated the title
smartphones are pretty damn impressive.
they downright make scifi gizmos like dataslates, or comunicators seem outdated.
gps navigation arround the world,
even without cellula reception if you have offline map data.
and automatic navigation / route planning
a vast array of communication services be it text sound, or video,
one on one, as a group, or in a public forum.
a vast sea of information on every topic immaginable.
ever improving camera & sensor tech.
and smartphones do it all in one device small enough to fit in your pocket.
and i didn’t even mention the computing power & storage that oveshadows some room sized supercomputers of the past
yeah sf6 is fun,
i havent played the older games,
but from whad i heard, id describe the newer ones as more aggressive and less finicky(in terms of input precision / timing)
also online play has gotten way better(if that even was a thing when you last played)
i like to dunk left over fries in vanilla icecream.
my coworkers thought i was mad when they witnessed me doing that.
id choose super speed,
the kind where you also change your perception of time and everything just seems to slow down compared to you.
as long as i can change that speed, and am not stuck percieving everything at a crawl.
if you know how they work llms are obviously not general ai.
but people are really bad at understanding how technology works especially with intangible stuff like computer programs.
scifi has covered ai for years, and now there is software that can mostly convincingly generate sentences.
people that understand both, see the very different approaches.
but people that don’t only see the almost convincing results.
i recently dusted of titanquest (diablo clone)
and even kinda got tqvault to run on linux (not very well though)
i also played a lot of streetfighter 6
steamdeck runs on linux,
proton is a “Compatibility layer” to run windows only games on linux.
so yes, that means it runs on linux.

not only that, its also incredibly hard to contain.
im also pretty new to fighting games.
but from what i heared, playing arcade mode is verry diffrent from playing against other players.
especially in older games hi level cpus tend to fight dirty,
using input reading and op boss characters.
input reading cpus basicly have inhuman reflexes,
and will counter big comittal attacks like jumpins or tatsu as long as they are free to move.
so throw out non-commital pokes, untill they do something you can counter.
if its the bosses you are struggeling against,
only perseverance will help. (unless you find a move the ai cant deal with)
they are designed to take your quarters.
close but not quite.
from the examples its more like:
Aig2ooCa.geeGhou9.piratesite.to
Aig2ooCa.baaSaic8r.piratesite.to
now i dont know much about iptv, which is aparently the bulk of this list,
so take this with a grain of salt.
but i would assume that one of those ids is a stream id,
while the other one is an id/timestamp for individual part of the stream.
so if my guess is right it might be even more meaningless.
namely a list of 10k individual pieces of streams instead of a list of 10k torrents
😂 World of darkness titles tend to have godawfull names.
all their titles start with the name of the tabletop game its based on,
in this case its: “Vampire: The Masquerade”
the actual tille of the game starts at “Bloodlines”.
thanks to that naming scheme all their titles are fucked before they even start
