  • Are Tidal and Quobuz really the only choice?

From what I heard from them, those two are a good alternative to Spotify and also have better audio quality if you’re a audiophile and it matters to you. If I recall, other music streaming platform don’t have the best discovery feature ever and also depending on which music genre you like, they may not have as many the music you would listen.

That being said, I suggest giving either one of them a try.

  • Kinda but in general, I miss when a online community wasn’t a walled garden and is open to everyone. I prefer the format of Reddit/Lemmy as I find some forum thread to be difficult to read as there’s few different conversation going on.

One of the things I love about forum is that I know that it can be find via online search. Something nice about finding answers from a smaller-niche website that’s away from places like Reddit.

I’m one of those people that love toying around with stuff I hadn’t tried and I had heard about PieFed. So I looked at any instance I can create an account and give it a try.

One of the things I love about Fediverse is that there be a new projects which makes me curious to see what it’s like using it like PixelFed, Misskey (and the many forks), Lemmy and PixelFed.
