Working out. Used to think it was too hard and I didn’t have time. Pushed myself, started exercising at home and it’s snowballed to protein loading, supplement taking, and lifting to failure. It’s good to feel like jelly.

Im a 40m divorcee and I am absolutely out of my depth thinking about dating.
I have looked at the apps and sites and they never go anywhere for me. No matches or conversations that go no where.
I sort of think that meeting someone will happen when it happens, but I really miss that excitement of learning all about someone and talking all night.
Im also interested in meeting someone outside of my country, because Id love to experience something new, but that makes me look like a scammer.


And I am definitely firmly in calorie deficit, but I am not insisting on the shake, it just seemed a reasonable option.
I am interested in the quark/muesli/berries route. Is there a specific amount I should be eating?

I am using a calisthenics app and I really like it to be fair, but augment with the resistance bands and some cardio.

I do have a before photo which I will use as a bench mark.


Oh I was not fit before! Fitness was always tomorrows problem. I am definitely starting to feel changes in my shoulders, and my arms feel tighter.


Its hard not to focus on! But I try not to dwell, and keep pushing through the exercise.

I dont eat a lot of meat anyway, but god damn I love beef. Maybe its time to start looking at vegetarian alternatives like Quorn, its great in a pasta sauce.

The diet and exercise is making me feel hungry, because I was eating out of boredom I am eating a lot less, but I am now drinking a lot more water, so I am getting up to pee in the night more.
I should have just stuck to the cakes.


I am currently in the honeymoon phase and enjoying it. Apart from cardio on the exercise bike, because the daily squats turn my legs to jelly.

I understand that this whole process is going to be more difficult without a gym, but financially its not feasible just yet. Also because I am at the beginning of the process, I figured I would wait until I knew I could stick at it, rather than start a subscription I dont use.


Girl I was dating liked Resident evil games. I bought a GameCube because 4 was an exclusive. It became my favourite game and console of all time.
Then I got put on anti anxiety meds that gave me awful insomnia, so id be playing games like Starfox Adventures all night.
