People are all okay with it until the disabled child grows up and they have to spend two or three times the amount to tend to that child. And have to pay more. And have to go through so many obstacles just to support and keep that child going.

Every disabled child I’ve ever seen in my life, whether it’s from down syndrome types to ones stuck in a chair for the rest of their life with abnormalities. I can’t help but feel absolute pity and wonder exactly what they’d be thinking if their brains were normal enough to have them speak. I don’t think they’d be wishing to continue living. They’d either want to die or have a different life where they’re normal like everyone else.

And I think it’s absolutely cruel for parents to keep them living like that.

This is what people fail to take into account. Yeah, there are some departments that are going to be ran by incredibly incompetent people with almost no sane idea. But, that’s disregarding the people who’re not them who are still managing things and keeping said department from totally going batshit.

Dollar Tree is also great for getting things that are absurdly marked up in price everywhere else. Like Scissors, office supplies, some toiletries and even great for getting things you do intend to dispose of because you don’t want to ruin the better quality version of that item.

Getting food from Dollar Tree is more misses than hits. Yeah you’ll see frozen vegetables but almost no frozen fruits. Tons and tons of freaking junk food like chips, energy drinks, soda, candy and other junk. But I still don’t knock them because some of the food available at all, are good to make dinner meals out of to stretch rations with.

Because they like the idea of doing that and still feeling like they own their computer in every way possible.

It’s pretty sad that the best windows experience now, is just breaking it down to pieces and custom installing.

They want instant gratification, more like. Suckered into the whole “finding the perfect one” and thinking a dating app will help. Some dating apps fucking charge you to read inbox messages, the nerve.

Yeah it’s just starting to look like where no matter what search engine you use almost, they just spit out garbage results. And they try way too hard in being the swiss-army knife of everything.

I have a 10-8-8-10 work week. 4 days on. 3 days off. I love it. And it’s in a retail environment too which is like a holy grail sometimes.

Any service that says I must have a 12 or 14 string password, combined with symbols, numbers and letters.

Do you know why, I have to keep resetting my password, services that have this dumb requirement? Because your fucking requirements are absurd and unnecessary. I don’t have the mental capacity to care to remember that long of a password. I have to have a document now of all of the passwords I have so it’s not forgotten. I have to have browsers autofill for me because of this shit.

In a perfect world, 6 - 8 string passwords would suffice and lots of emphasis on symbols and numbers at the very least. The longer you try making the characters of a password, the chances of forgetting increases.

Flickr does this. Some of the portals to my apartment portal does this. Portals to some of my medical information does this. It’s fucking bullshit. StateFarm does this too.

Everything closes early and some things are just outright unavailable for that one day. Need to get things done during the weekend? It better be all on Saturday because Sunday doesn’t give a fuck about what you need to deal with.

I’m largely disappointed in them. The one time they were needed the most, they didn’t care to show up. Like, you do not have to be knee deep in politics to understand what’s at stake and who’s running. Take a good solid 30 minutes out of your life, to research and study the candidates, the issues and think of the future of the country’s direction if either candidate and their party got voted in.

If they’d do just that, they’d probably have a better understanding. But they didn’t do that. They thought the 2024 election was in the bag and feel they didn’t need to do their part. Well, the results speak for themselves.

And nothing much more needs to be said or done, they’ve sentenced themselves to the mess that’s to happen a week and a half from now. Just as much as all of the brainwashed and braindead conservatives who actively voted for fascism.

And they’re the kind of bully where the rest of the world just disappointingly sighs and has to deal with because they know Russia is absolutely no better and China is meh.

I would rather keep up on the news that I think matters to me than the news in general. People seem to just love reporting the exact same things. I used to have frequented r/news to note this.

Lots of news about dead people, dead children .etc that sparks a lot of age-old debates.

Occasionally some celebrity dies, some small, some big.

Political follow-ups that ultimately just lead to arguments.

I tend to also like getting news a little after the fact. It helps the digesting and processing in a sense.

When you’re too focused on staring at people’s assets in public or anywhere. As a struggling porn addict, I have a bad habit where I am gazing or catching glimpses of asses and chest areas of women around public and at work.

When you’re doing that - then it’s too much.

I almost don’t want to. If you can’t handle honesty, truths or straightforward and shoot-straight kind of opinions. Then engaging in communication is simply not for you and nobody should have to walk on eggshells all of the time to appease someone’s incapable sense of getting the point.

Anytime I enter one with a purist/gatekeeper. You just can’t reason with them and they absolutely refuse to see the other side of the argument. They must always believe that their direction is the direction for all things regarding X fandoms or general hobby.

Getting dogpiled by assholes from the Steam Community because I made a post suggesting we get rid of the Jester award. I suggested it because the Jester award has been used as nothing but a badge from trolls who think honest reviews of games are a joke. I’ve had nearly 150+ of my reviews just bombarded with marks of ‘X people found this review funny’ and half of them were slapped with that stupid Jester badge.

Furthermore, I was gaslighted and antagonized both through DMs and openly on the forums to the point where I am now permanently banned from the Steam Forums in the general Steam community. I have no faith in Valve’s sluggish ways that they’ll deal with the sheer toxicity of their own community anytime soon.

And I was openly doxxed on a gossip site when that same someone openly threatened to cost me my IRL job.

I’ve been online for 29 years now and by this point, I’ve dealt with so much shit from shitty people to the point where I almost see reality as purgatory. I cannot wait until I enter my self-imposed retirement when I reach 30 years because I’ve watched the internet drown in shit with bots, AI, corporate enshittification and more.
