Medicaid is a government provision that has no contract that underpins it. With something like United Healthcare, there is a bargained for exchange of mutual consideration (you give $ and UHC provides insurance subject to all the terms and conditions in the contract).

That is not something in Medicaid because Medicaid isn’t getting anything in exchange for its health coverage. The government can put whatever restrictions on it that it wants. The benefit comes from the government having one more contribution to the ecconomic system. However, that is too attenuated of a benefit to say that there was a bargained-for exchange.

If someone bought a cyber-truck without the Grock, they bought it as it was. Shoving Grock down the consumers’ throats without their consent would constitute a material alteration of tge car that was originally bought. This would then constitute graffiti.

Edit: if the vehicle had not been fully purchased and paid, this would be potential grounds for a refund because the material alteration of the good would make the contract for the sale of the vehicle voidable.

Disable all ai being on by default. Offer me a way to opt into having ai, but don’t shove it down my throat by default. I don’t want google ai listening in on my calls without having the option to disable it. I am an attorney, and many of my calls are privileged. Having a third party listen in could cause that privilege to be lost.

I want ai that is stupid. I live in a capitalist plutocracy that is replacing workers with ai as fast and hard as possible without having ubi. I live in the United States, which doesn’t even have universal health insurance. So, ubi is fucked. This sets up the environment where a lot of people will be unemployable through no fault of their own because of ai. Thus without ubi, we’re back to starvation and hoovervilles. But, fuck us. They got theirs.
