I use neutron as well the sound is great but I’m kinda annoyed anytime it updates I have to get a fresh copy from their site or it can’t see any of my music.

I know this is because of Google changing android permissions more than anything but no other music player seems to have this issue and Neutron is not a cheap app.

Probably have to many network threads running on the client. I’d suggest halfing them just to see if it makes a difference.

It has an effect but the price for that effect is insane (at least in the UK) . It isn’t an instant thing you need to keep taking it for at least a few weeks.

Definitely made me much calmer but like I said not at that price.

I’d buy Facebook and rebrand it as V.

I use a Kobo Nia it was pretty cheap and I have no complaints at all about it. You can easily copy epubs over yourself with the cable.

On Android I use moon+ but it’s easier using the Kobo.

Filelist org while it no longer exists was a private tracker and I can absolutely say the cheating ratio client completely worked.

While I’m not proud of keeping myself ratio balanced that way (I had a very tiny upload compared to download) I can absolutely say a hacked uttorrent client kept me well above ratio at the time.

It’s possible but eventually you will get banned I remember a torrent client that let me multiply my seeding by 100 I did use it back when file list was a thing.

That said I can’t ever remember seeing anything similar since.

I’d like to know how to embed an image anywhere on lemmy. Voyager doesn’t give you any options for markup at all and coming from sync pro I just kind of expect the toolbar to be there with those options.

Is there a guide anywhere because unless I find a client that does make it easy I’m going to have to try and memorise some.

Air conditioning definetly needs to become a thing in the UK some company is going to make a killing if they lock it down.

I’m on mull browser which I think is basically Firefox and haven’t had a problem.

Does Facebook count because I was once in trouble with the police here for something completely unrelated to the Internet and they asked me several times for my Facebook account which didn’t exist anyway

Made me think they were fishing for anything and anything they read on there would have likely ended up twisted against me.

So yeah I refuse to use it.

Mines probably the anime konosuba I just found it very funny and loved the characters. Even read the complete light novel series and spin offs afterwards.

I get that, I use my fire tv cube a lot. If I’m not watching media on it directly I’m probably casting to it using bubble upnp.

One downside is it’s pretty picky with audio types and very locked down when it comes to things like setting default apps.

I don’t bother but I do run an online scanner every now and again such as eset antivirus or malwarebytes if I’m feeling paranoid.

I’d also try to memorise every file in my startup but I used to write trojans, password crackers, and other dodgy programs myself when I was teaching myself how to program.

Personally I never went further than dll injection so I might be living in the past. The last virus to wreck one of my systems was pespaces 95 way back in the 95/98 days

I’d say memorising your startup or at least screenshooting it is key.
