Seriously. My cats are so relaxed because they get their food at the exact same times every day. I still hand feed the first and last meals (canned wet food), but it gives them something to look forward to during the day, even when we are at work.

They can also apparently tell time now because they get ready within five minutes of most feedings, I like to think that makes them feel more connected to their world and existence.

Sadly, while abortion is a losing issue for them, their racist politicians are often winning in the same ballots that abortion is being protected on. Conservative women will protect their right to abortions but still happily vote for racism at the same time.

That’s what these guys are missing. They are losing on abortion because enough Republicans care more about their own rights than about racism. Lucky for them, the ballot measures mean they don’t have to choose. They can protect abortion back home and keep on sending fascists to Washington.

Because from their perspective someone invaded their land and is now vulnerable to getting kicked off it. The only reason Israel exists is because it’s supported by the US and Europe. Take away that support and Israel goes away.

The intended result for Hamas is for Israel to respond with actions that erode the very support that they depend on for security against invasion from surrounding arab nations that don’t need any new reasons to attack Israel apart from the very existence of Israel in the first place.

I’m certainly not endorsing the Hamas leadership of Gaza or their legitimacy, but the fact remains that there isn’t a real distinction between “Gaza leaders” and “Hamas” at this point.

Hamas is the defacto government of Palestine for close to ten years now. It’s hard to untangle because they are genuinely intertwined. There isn’t a significant difference between “government of Gaza” and “Hamas”.

Hamas is literally the elected government of Palestine. They are the authority in Gaza that releases these numbers.

Correction: Hamas is the government body of Gaza, not of all Palestine, which includes the West Bank.

That’s exactly what Hamas wants to see because that’s what gets Israeli to lose international support and prompts Arab nations to invade.
