Something like this? https://ant-supplies.uk/scope-sight-optic-accessories/replacement-rail-jaw-clamp-plates.html
No idea if that’ll that’ll fit yours, you might be better off replacing the scope mount entirely. Could try finding someone to 3d print a copy of the remaining clamp too.

Seems fine then, though I think you could probably dial back the pressing a bit. 17 sets of press variations per week does a bit high.

This is basically what PHUL does, except without the lower body days, and you’re also missing pull work and biceps. Check out PHUL if you haven’t already.

Someone asked me this question recently and I had a minor existential crisis.
If 5 lb is too large of a jump, you can also get magnetic weights (expensive) or some cheap 1-2.5 lb wrist weights to bridge the gap.

I thought those usually involved cheaper items. No point in spending hundreds of dollars to lend credence to a fake review
Anything at all is vastly better than sitting around all day.
Make sure you place the bar/handle along the crease where your palm meets your fingers. That way your skin doesn’t get pinched, and callousing is reduced.
A proper grip shouldn’t be painful, unless you’re doing hook grip for deadlifts.

A week is not a very long time to leave a car alone, and 3 batteries in 5 years is a lot.
Did you have the batteries tested, or did you just replace them when they stopped being able to start the car? Could it be a problem with the alternator?
Boostcamp does that, and gives some access to predefined workout programs as well.
