Yeah I agree with everything in this comment except for the unnecessary hostility in the last sentence.

People can be slutty if they want. And people can judge you for being or appearing slutty if they want. It’s up to you to decide how to react to their opinions. If you want to dress slutty, then you shouldn’t care what people think about how you dress because you are just being you. And that’s not a matter of sex-- that’s a matter of self confidence. And you can’t blame your self confidence on other people, because at the end of the day you can’t change other people. You can either change yourself or empower yourself to resist change and forge your own path. It’s your choice.

It’s possible and sensible to acknowledge that people have had bad experiences while also acknowledging sexism, regardless of whether said sexism stems from experience. Prejudice is prejudice.

Saying women aren’t sexist if some men have wronged them is like saying white supremacists aren’t racist if someone from the race they discriminate against stole their car.

I really don’t want to upset anyone by saying this. But I am speaking my truth, my experience, just as you all are speaking yours. Paint me whatever villain you see fit, say whatever denigrating things about me you want. I am a respectful human being who sees all sexes and races as equal, and nothing that anyone says will ever change that. If that somehow upsets you, then I’m sorry you are so far gone.

Happens to me when I eat nothing but beef jerky like I did yesterday. Just woke up like ten minutes ago with a fat man locked and loaded, had to lift my leg to make sure the ordnance cleared the fuselage.

As I stated in another comment, I didn’t bother to check the nutritional information and didn’t really care at the time. I think it was Jack Link’s brand or similar, so you can look it up yourself, I might snatch the bag out of my office trash bin and check later, probably high in sodium and sugars or something.

I actually found a thing of bacon jerky in the convenience store I normally stop at for some Jack’s Links. I think the bag was like $10, but it was only 340 calories. Bought it out of curiosity, downed the whole thing and then fell asleep. It was pretty decent.

I actually just found bacon jerky in the convenience store the other day. Like 15 pieces in a bag but I think it was something like $10. It was ok, definitely what I expected but nothing more. 340 calories for the whole bag. Didn’t bother checking the other nutrional stuff. 6.5/10.

Fun fact: the reason mummified Egyptian remains are so rare is because eating mummy legit used to be a practice in traditional medicine.

Put like at least 5 of them in a bag that is appropriately sized and appropriately priced and I’m all over this shit. Until then, this is the most worthless addition to the world of jerky I have seen and as a jerky lover I take personal offence. Then again, I get offended by lots of piss-poor jerky products.

I eat myself with pride and am pleasantly surprised by the taste, though the meat could be leaner.

Has a slightly toxic, mysandristic taste to it, but overall the stew is much more palatable than anything else that came from this awkward creature.

Despite being a paying customer, my biggest gripe with them is their lack of concern for freedom of speech. They decided they can “de-platform” sites that they are not aligned with, which is shitty when A) they’ve basically cornered the SMB CDN/DDoS-protection space B) they are fine with these sites in their customer base until a pressure campaign they don’t feel like battling surfaces.

This is referring to the KiwiFarms vs Keffles situation, where Keffles made false claims to Cloudflare about KiwiFarms endorsing/promoting suicide in an attempt to prevent her leaked discord convos from spreading. Cloudflare caved without question and suspended KiwiFarms’ account without warning.

Otherwise, I have personally never had an issue with Cloudflare. But I am still going to look for alternatives because I don’t think it’s cool for companies with that kind of responsibility to bend a knee to bad actors out of fucking convenience.
