When I went to download Voyager to test it out, I realized that I still had Apollo installed. I hadn’t had the heart to delete it …until now.

• Prepping for disaster - different time frames and scenarios like: fire, no power, poor air quality, floods, data loss, having to leave in a hurry
• Simple exercise and stretching routine
