Torrenting often maxes out my download speed as well.

I’ve been on reddit for a couple years before the flood from Digg. The quality of content and especially comments went down right then, and never recovered.

Personally I skipped Digg entirely.

Quit reddit behavior please. This adds nothing and is not at all useful.
