The history of the Middle East consists of seemingly nothing but bloody conflict for as far back as anyone knows and beyond past any records.

It’s a hideous situation. Palestine has been fucked over by Israel for 50 odd years. Jewish people have been fucked over from pillar to post all over Europe for centuries.

In my humble opinion, Israel is, in the last 50 years, more brutally wrong in its behaviour. It’s hard to square that in contemporary times with the history of oppression of Jewish people.
