I’m not.
I’m not.
I live in a Caribbean island, therefore, mine are always at full throttle 🤣.
It has 2 variable modes:
Smart: varies RPMs based of temperature.
Auto: Off, and turn on based on your settings on at what temp you want them to start spinning, then they go to top RPM.
I bought this one, but I and then an extra standalone fan, to have neutral pressure in my network closet, and it has never gone above 30 Celsius.

That’s how I have it at home. 6 VLANs total. Even IoT and Media/games are separated from each other.
WTF? Nintendo wants you to get that wide open? 🤣
Oh, ok, that was practically it. I just went in to test it yesterday, but had nobody to test with, hence the question about a channel/group. But after this video and a night of sleep, my brain finally caught up. This is not geared towards that, but rather exclusively p2p.
I’m sorry for my dumb question. And thank you again for clarifying.
Is there a channel/group to start on?
Mind the compatibility with the instructions set. Armv7 apps will not work on Armv8 processors and viceversa. That makes it even harder to get the right modded apk.
Use a DNS out of your jurisdiction, preferably a privacy focused one, that issue will go away.
My firewall, server, NAS and all my services have web GUIs. If I need SSH access all I have to do is enable it via web GUI, do what I need to, disable again.
If push comes to shove, I do have a portable monitor and a keyboard in storage if needed, but have not had the need to use them yet.
Yeah, I guess I’ve never needed to do that. That may change as I’m thinking of moving all my services from UnRaid to ProxMox to leave UnRaid for storage only.
I guess that’ll bring me back here soon enough.
Am I missing something? Why would anyone leave SSH open outside the internal network?
All of my services have SSH disabled unless I need to do something, and then I only do it locally, and disable as soon as I’m done.
Note that I don’t have a VPS anywhere.
Oh, it’s way more than what any dyndns can do.
So fucking convenient that the AAP does not name the publishers in the law suit. Cowards the lot of them.
In this same subject, is there a way to set up pihole as DoT or at least DoH? Full disclosure, I have not done any research on this. The thought just came up while reading this thread.
This is gold. Thank you.
I just have my kids, wife, close friends and in-laws on SimpleX.
Sure, some of them use mainstream stuff as well, but if they want to reach me, that’s their only option.
Matrix is a pretty good choice for self-hosted. The reason I don’t do it is because I’ve become lazy lately.
This is great advice. Thank you.
100% agree with that. Now, all we need to do is come to a consensus on what those things are and how to eliminate them with as little “acceptable losses” as possible.
