Agreed. They’d also have to be pretty sure they’d make up the deficit from potential sanctions/lost exports. I like the brand LMNT. They are a little more expensive compared to others but the flavor variation is a good switch up if you don’t want to make your own (I like watermelon salt personally).

You’d be surprised how many people who work for some places don’t actually use their own products. It’s why I think Meta hasn’t done well making VR mass market, if your own engineering and marketing teams aren’t using the product you can’t sell it.
