Oh, I agree. There are wide swaths of the country that rail cannot service. Individual homes out in the sticks, farmland, etc. they’d need a car or truck just to get to the train station.
Only where the rails went. We’d have to replace all the roads with light rails.
Dude, chill.
Realization, rejection, change, a swift kick to the nuts, growth.
Gun manufacturers have been building ever better internal safeties for decades. If a gun goes off from a slip and fall, somebody is carrying like an absolute idiot, or using an obsolete pistol.
That’s not what that meant.
Even the ones that don’t have manual safeties still have automatic safeties these days.
What POS gun goes off from a slip and fall? This sounds like some serious stupidity.
Ok loser, well I’m going to vote once for Kamala even harder.
I’m not sure any good advice I grew up with applies to this future we’re stumbling into. Learn practical skills like gardening and fixing your stuff. Buy as little as you possibly can. An affordable set of basic tools is a great thing to keep for life. Consider the state of the world long and hard before you decide to bring children into it. Never talk to the police.

A particularly insidious strain of Christianity trained me to resign myself to a premature death when I was still a teenager. Hasn’t happened yet, and I’m in no hurry, because I care deeply for others. While I hate religion very much, it did instill in me very little fear of death… I’m afraid for the fate of humanity so much more than my own.
