They’ve got over $25B in cash reserves
What. I haven’t heard about this massive reserve

if you have to wipe with toilet paper anyway, doesn’t that defeat the purpose of having a bidet?
No. The purpose of the bidet is to properly clean your posterior which cannot be achieved with toilet paper alone. Also the amount of toilet paper needed to dry is lower than the amount needed to ‘clean’
You can moderate through the app (though I don’t if all the abilities a mod has is accessible through the app). You can’t create a community though
Yeah that the erbff picture is massive (27.2 MB) in size and my educated guess is that it is messing with the loading time and the ram allocation.
I have heard about wealthy people all over the world keeping big cats as pets but those are always kept in cages or their own enclosures. What seems wrong is you claiming that regular people are keeping tigers as pet. Infact people and tigers are more in conflict due to encroachment of humans into formerly forested areas.
Tigers are fairly common household pets in places like India
Are you sure this statement is true¿? I never heard about any story of anybody having a fucking tiger as a pet
As the app is suggesting, open a github report with the crash data. That is the only way to help the dev resolve this because even if others are having the issue, more data is always better.
Oh wow. I didn’t know that.
You can change the guest instance. In the pick a server menu, after selecting a server, hit the hamburger menu on the top right and select connect as guest. Then you will browse as a guest with the selected instance as the home server
I would sure appreciate that explanation. Like I broadly get that ‘at’ implies you are present with the person’s knowledge while ‘in’ implies you are there without their knowledge but I would like an explanation of why the meanings are implied as such
@[email protected] has the right of it. @[email protected], to search for a user not on your instance, you have search for ‘username@instancedomain’. If you only search the username, it will search only in your local instance.
Edit : but when trying to tag somebody, it is able to search through other instances so maybe there is a way to implement the same technique to the search section.
Edit 2 : all my points above are for specifically how voyager behaves not how lemmyui and other clients do.
You can’t as of yet. Host it somewhere else and then state that link
Aren’t blocklists already linked with your lemmy account¿? When I log in to my account, the blocklist in that account is applied.
Yeah but the option appeared in sync only after around 3 months after the release of Lemmy 0.19
Buddy you seem lost. This is a community for a Lemmy client called Voyager.
Irrespective of if you are lost, asking this on a gaming centric community like [email protected] or [email protected] would be more appropriate and more likely to get you good recommendations/answers
You can do this with the select text option

Yeah for me, I don’t blasted by bright white light for too long when trying to use the app in bed. Within seconds, I am in dark mode and my eyes are spared
Yes this is not a necessary feature but it improves the quality of life when using the app.
Once you login(using vger.app or wefwef.app) I think the block list will be synced as that is stored with your lemmy account by your instance. Your prefrences(showing votes, theming, etc.) won’t sync and as far as I know that is by design as all this is stored locally on your device and not on some server operated by the dev
Wait what!?
