1·1 month agoI don’t believe he was dumb enough to fall for all that shit. He was just as complicit as the rest of them. And since he’s the one at the top, he bears ultimate responsibility. Ergo, he is directly responsible for the deaths of hundreds of thousands of people. I wish that pretzel was a little bigger.

People use a lot of words incorrectly on the internet.
Those round up things are a scam. The business collecting the money takes a huge tax break, even if they do pass it on to the charity. Just donate to the charity and take the tax break for yourself.

Being a middle manager (and therefore biased), I view my role as the person who serves the team by:
- being a firewall from upper management
- giving the team the things they need to do their jobs
- removing the things in their way
This allows them to do their jobs as best they can. Could they get by without me? Probably. But they would have a worse time and not be able to work as effectively.
Yeah I was thinking of going to one yesterday. But it was all the way across the city, I’ve already voted, and I couldn’t think of what the effort would accomplish. Maybe to contribute to the crowd size? Everybody there has made up their minds and/or already voted, and I’m sure the message was “go vote!”
