Yup, it’s Good mythical summer right now. So 3 episodes a week. But soon it will be back to every weekday. They keep growing their business and I’ve enjoyed watching it. They have multiple crews and websites now. They have several shows that have spawned from GMM, like that have a whole cooking show (different hosts, but they are all entertaining).
If i had to pick my top 2 YouTube channels…
Project Farm
Good Mythical Morning
Yea. $100 is a bit much when voyager is such a great app.
I’m an engineer in advanced manufacturing… Half my job is Google 😂
TIL Ska is the name of the genre Ive always liked and never knew it’s name.
I don’t know much other than how to Google problems.
That… That is a technical background right?
I thought this was one messed up bird for a minute… Imagine the cats left ear is a beak and the bird is looking to the right.
I feel like it’s pretty obvious I was exaggerating. There’s just extra steps that I’ve always had to take. It’s never been simple for me. A lot of terminal commands in not familiar with.
KiCad. A full suite of software for full PCB (printed circuit board) design and development. Super cool software.
I also agree. Use audodesk inventor for work and fusion 360 for personal use. I tried freecad and could not do it.
Can’t be unsafe if it doesn’t exist lol
It’s really nice that Lemmy let’s you edit title.
I have to have a computer science degree to install a peice of software… I just wanna double click the installer icon. I don’t want to have to write out some long String in terminal to install software. And sometimes it’s different depending on distro.
Additional fun fact. There has been a lot of research and activity dedicated to potentially switch coal power plants to nuclear. Currently, they cannot do it, because the coal plants and all the equipment associated produces far more radiation than regulations allow a nuclear plant to emit.
Therefore, unless they could find a practical way to decontaminate the radiation away from existing coal equipment, or regulations change for transformed plants, they can’t do it.
Bitwarden is the exact app you just described. I use it. It’s great.
3 things.
Is there a minimum number of users for this to be effective? If so, just keeping you instance under that amou t should work.
Can they really charge someone who is not running the instance for profit? The article states that the social media owner must take “commercially reasonable” action to verify users. Technically, nothing is commercially reasonable if you aren’t running a Comercial business right?
3… Related to 2. The article says “social media companies”. Most instances aren’t being ran by companies… So again this may be an out for those running instances.
Tysytube is great. I also highly recommend OddTinkering for console restorations. They do a great job.
