My glasses, for sure. Next would be my bike, as I use it to get around everywhere. Third most important is probably my keyboard at work, or a pencil.

Definitely the ability to speak/communicate deeply with animals.

I love the idea of aliens building the pyramids. But I know it was probably just slaves or tradespeople or whatever.

Don’t drink a lot. I’ve forgotten a lot of good times due to excessive drinking, and it’s taken a toll on my mental health. I’m 35 now and trying to make some changes, but I’ve wasted about 15 years of my life just partying and being hungover. Not to mention the tens of thousands of dollars spent.

On a positive note: find something to volunteer your time doing. Even an hour or two a week is great. It’s a great way to meet people, and there is so much good work being done by organizations who always need extra help.

You could look up paper airplane designs and try making some.

There’s a guy who lives near me who balances rocks on each other in the ditch. They eventually fall down but he’s always out there resetting them. It seems meditative.

An outdoor lacrosse ball is super bouncy and has a decent amount of weight. Fun to play with against a wall.
