People disturbed by things like project 2025 should become more active at local or community level politics, even to help with volunteering in small ways. You are your community and vice versa, we all have a collective responsibility of sorts.

Hemorrhoids is a preventable condition, you’re not supposed to sit there and push. Just get up and do drink water or eat fiber. Try hot coffee or warm milk or a yogurt drink. No one needs to suffer from hemorrhoids at all, I am surprised there are still people who do. Should be a unit in middle school health classes to not force shitting

Yes, there’s lots and lots of disinformation and shilling, but exercise critical thinking (a part of which is knowing when to believe in something and when not to), and become almost stoic (mostly observe and analyze).

Besides all that, exercise and/or volunteer in your local community. You will feel less shit about things you cannot control.
