Not if it includes severance… :(
It’s true, he and JerryRigsEverything fill that niche.
Fair point, but MKBHD isn’t typically reviewing products for elite athletes only… he’s a bridge between enthusiast/early adopter products and the general public. $900 for shoes is outside of that zone, imo.

Quick, give him a gun, suddenly he’ll be the most sympathized-with man in the country

Oh no, Apple had no time to create five milions dongles, each for one specific use case, each of which cost $50 apiece. A tragedy.

Bonjour, bonsoir, bonuit?

Mango is really good and you might be able to use it for free with your library card if you’re in the US!

Networks, after splitting every league and cup into tiny micropackages that cost $9.99 per month each: How could the Millenials do this to us? After everything we gave them!*
* They had not, in fact, given them much of anything

I’d love it if we had a music co-op sort of situation. But as you say, that doesn’t make someone somewhere filthy rich.

In fairness, that comes with just not paying artists any money.

I pray that you’re never in charge of anything, ever.

Imagine having the audacity to claim that you’re losing money to pirates and thus were justified in blocking Cloudflare IPs, and then claiming that there were no damages done to Cloudflare et al by your actions. The only way this makes sense is it Cloudflare is the only method by which people access pirate streams. What the actual fuck.

Maybe the judges will think of the poor shareholders for once

I didn’t know that, thank you! Also apparently a judge has blocked the awarding of the package?

Publishers and companies always want DRM, that does not mean we have to let them do whatever they want with it.

The entire stock market is likely overvalued by 25% or so. This is a regression to the mean, accelerated by the fact that Musk no longer seems to care whether Tesla is successful or not. Probably because he sucked out all the money via that incentive package the board approved a few months ago.

I don’t know whether they were ever the most reliable EV, I would maybe say they were the most established EV. The supercharger network is huge, and it’s maybe the only positive contribution that Tesla can say they’ve had on the landscape. Narcissistic sigma male wannabe aside, the goal of Tesla used to be to make a car that people would like, and now it’s ???.

Exactly. I used it for like… 2 years? Then I noticed it started not being as helpful and got rid. But I didn’t hear that they’d sold out to PayPal of all people. I’m willing to bet most people didn’t either.

Unless they can edit DNS records, but that’s even harder to do.
Well, letting everyone make their own definitions of “being a good person” does not seem to be working out very well right now… So it might not be the worst idea to at least give feedback when you’re being a piece of shit or positively impacting other people’s lives.
