Are you monitoring yourself at home? It helps to log it for a bit. Besides, your PCP will love the data. A word of warning though, low cost models may have a relatively small onboard storage of readings. Like ten.
I learned the hard way.

Oh, you wanted to turn it back on? That’s extra.
Or add a pinch of baking soda and get it in ten minutes. Still not lazy but faster. Maybe use an air fryer?
Their agenda is to roll back the clock and I don’t mean metaphorically.
It’s theater for their deep state struggle fundraising. Gotta shake down the marks for the cash. You think he’s got a sugar daddy? He’s not a Supreme Court justice………
I assume that they mean Colombia; those countries have cut diplomatic ties with Israel.
Take comfort knowing the sketch artist made him look like Jack Smith’s brother.
It goes to Cuba. It’s in the will.
That sounds like you meant to hurt their feelings. Did you intend to do that?

There’s a TED talk waiting to happen. Just during regular business hours only, of course.
The dish was originally served in tsarist Russia. Not just any beef chunks, but quickly sautéed beef tender with a sauce of demi-glace and crème fraiche. Even the egg noodles were just eggs and white (!) flour.
The French chefs of the time were working in Russia after the revolution in France. The fact that your family wasn’t living in serfdom is why they were able to enjoy those dishes.
Wait until you find out what Marie Antoinette really said. What a c—t!
I’m starting to think there are Russian shills ITT.
Coal is a fossil fuel, btw. Part of the problem is that through subsidies, the cost of energy is being kept artificially low in the US. We need the increase in cost to de-incentivize oil/gas/coal.
NATO, as an alliance, requires that its members follow rules. A country that has difficulty following rules may not come to the aid of its allies when needed. Do you really think NATO came out a loser in that deal? It sounds like they dodged a bullet in not having to rely upon a capricious dictator.
Except car pigments? I hear that they are the most expensive.
So, if you are wondering how out of date some of their hardware is in Germany, NPR did a story. During NATO joint exercises, German infantry had analog radios that just weren’t compatible with the other units. The bureaucracy is massive in procurement, ostensibly to prevent the rise of an imperialist army (again). It’s like 18 offices a form has to pass through——each with own requirements.
Of course everyone knows about deviled eggs, but mustard as a flavor paste and an adhesive for any number of coatings used to be very popular. Older cookbooks reference it principally for reheating leftover meats.
